Returns & Exchanges

Yes, we will happily accept a return or exchange only under certain requirements. Please read our return policy carefully.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer both local pickup and delivery. Local pickup is open for anyone - simply choose this option at checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup (usually within 24 hours) we will send you an email or text to schedule a pick up time. 

Local delivery is a $5 fee and will only show up as an option at check out if you are within a certain distance from our office. Local deliveries are usually dropped off the next business day.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of all orders. This means that after an order is placed, it may take up to 3 days for your package to be shipped. 

All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following weekday.

This time will also depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please take a look at our shipping and delivery policy for more information. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email and/or phone number. Feel free to reach out to us or use the 'live chat' feature if you'd like more details.

We work as quickly as possible to process and ship all orders, so once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. You agree to these terms when you place an order with us. 

We are happy to announce that we ship worldwide! We try our best to keep shipping prices as low as we can, but kindly note we ship from California and any extra fees must be paid by the customer.

Respectfully, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen and delayed packages. When you purchase an item from us, you agree to these terms. If this happens, we recommend opening a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm  or contacting your local police department.
